Getting Ready
We take 1-3 business days to get an order ready, Monday to Friday, holidays aside. Order on a weekend or holiday and we start the next business day.
Transit Time
Once it is with the carrier, roughly:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days, where it is offered
- International Shipping: 10-25 business days, shaped by where it is going and customs

Cost
Checkout works it out from weight, size, and where it is going. Some orders qualify for free shipping.
Tracking
Once it ships, we email you a tracking number. Give it up to 48 hours to start moving.
Customs and Taxes
Sending abroad, any customs charge, import tax, or other fee your country adds is yours to cover.
Lost or Damaged
If it goes missing or turns up in a state, give us a shout within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it.
Wrong Address
Double-check it at checkout. A parcel that goes astray on a wrong address is outside our hands, but if you catch a mistake within 12 hours of ordering, tell us and we will fix it.
